Morgan Hill "Here We Come Lord" Outreach

Blessings All:

I am still smiling over the Morgan Hill Outreach this past Saturday. It was a God ordained day with at least two people coming to the Lord. Only God knows the actual extent of what we accomplished for His glory. The Spirit of God was so strong during the open-air praise and worship and during the testimonies. We had a potential audience of hundreds at nearby baseball games, the apartments behind our stage, and the residential side streets, where one could hear perfectly everything that was being said or sung (I know because I heard the sound checks at the baseball games and Sister Martha singing La Unica Razon two blocks away). Hats off to Bro Gerry for the sound, he really came through for us and we sounded like pros (aside from the toppled over puppet stage ;-)).

Many thanks to all who helped in so many ways. Loading, practicing, unloading, setting up, ministering, singing your vocal chords dry, playing until your finger tips turned blue, drumming in direct sunlight, walking door-to-door and inviting people. We made a huge impact! I saw many people turn their chairs at the baseball games just to listen. God brought two words of knowledge (one dealing with suicide and one with marital problems). Interestingly enough, there was a couple walking on the other side of the building behind our stage who stopped dead in their tracks and looked over to our area at that moment. Now God indicated to me that the couple in question were at the baseball game but who knows how the message spoke to that particular couple walking outside of our direct line of vision (Martha happened to be on that side of the building when that happened). People from the neighborhood came out to hear what was going on and stayed to listen from their patios. This may have been a result from the flier distribution the week before. All things work for the good of those who are called according to God's purposes. Amen!

Thanks to all below who made it possible:

Young Seven One and Friends really showed through and brought God's presence to a needy audience. Suicides could have been prevented, marriages could have been brought back from the brink, people could have experienced the presence of God for the first time, people could have heard the gospel, testimonies and that God loves them for the first time, and lastly hundreds of people heard and saw that we cared enough to come out on a Saturday afternoon to sing, talk, and represent Jesus. This translates in the spiritual that God cared enough about them to come out and meet with them.

Maranatha means "Come Oh Lord." Well...we came, we saw, and we conquered for the Lord's glory!

Thanks and may God bless your lives!
Bro Danny

P.S. Stay tuned for some exciting announcements from a nearby planet called Young Seven One!
